Once again this year John Elkhay invited the youth and staff from Louie’s Place to dinner at Rick’s Roadhouse in Providence. After a meal of endless burgers, chicken nuggets, fries and soda, each child received an ice cream sundae and a gift. For many of these youth, this is their only experience at a restaurant.
