So we have hit the half way mark of summer camp. The kids have been working on writing and communication skills, they’ve had cooking classes, they’ve been to the pool, the water park, Narragansett Beach, the Big Blue Bug -where they were photographed and ended up on ABC 6. Read the story here. They met the mayor and helped him clean up Broad Street, they visited Slater Park, the State House, the Children’s Museum, Battleship Cove and Providence Place Mall for a movie. And most importantly, they’ve had fun. That’s the word I keep hearing – FUN!
